Role SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Sr. PeopleSoft Technical Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing significant improvements to improve the applicant and HR staff user experience in our client's PeopleSoft system.

What You Will Be Doing

Provides guidance and expertise to PeopleSoft technical developers.

Plans, coordinates, and monitors project activities.

Develops technical applications to support users.

Develop and write extract scripts to facilitate data conversion from PeopleSoft systems.
Write and execute SQL queries on PeopleSoft databases to extract necessary HR data.
Collaborate with client resources to ensure accurate data extraction and conversion.
Utilize PeopleSoft backend tools and technologies, including PeopleCode, to support project requirements.
Work closely with HR teams to understand data needs and extraction processes.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the extraction and conversion processes.

What We Need From You (Required)

8+ years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, specializing in HR module, including backend development and data extraction/conversion.
Proficiency in writing SQL scripts and performing SQL queries to extract data from PeopleSoft HR tables and databases.
In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HR, including backend tables and functionalities across employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft back end tools including PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience

Clearance Level

Ability to obtain Suitability U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS) Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
