Senior Electronics Engineer - Aerospace Electronics

About the role

Aerospace Electronics department designs and produces an extensive range of electronic and software solutions for aerospace and defense. We are seeking skilled and passionate electronics engineer to develop the next generation of airborne engine controllers, that will increase the contribution of electronics to aircraft and shape electric avionics.

In this role You will work on design of power electronic devices able to monitor and drive medium and high-power electric motors and solenoids (control logic, inverter, power stage etc.) in aerospace applications. You will work on solutions for leading players in the aerospace market.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Analyze customer requirements and derive suitable hardware solutions

  • Support creation of the electrical concept and schematics

  • Run simulations and analysis of designed circuits

  • Component selection, Bill of Material preparation

  • Test plan creation, test setup definition, test execution and report creation

  • Run evaluation tests on prototypes and test designed hardware against requirements

  • Participate in international and multi-site projects

  • Follow routine procedures and best practices in related engineering tasks

  • Create product documentation including deratings, performance specification and inputs for reliability assessment, DFMA/PFMA etc

WHAT WILL YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related

  • 1-4 years of experience in electronics engineering area

  • Experience in analog and digital circuits design

  • Knowledge of fundamentals of electric motors and drive systems analysis, modeling and control

  • Practical knowledge of simulation tools (PSpice or similar) and design tools (Mentor Graphics, Altium)

  • Experience in using of common lab tools including Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, etc

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to operate in the international project team

  • Good English and Polish languages skills; able to explain technical topics

  • Aerospace, Medical or Automotive background is welcome
