Your contribution will be part of products improving the life across the globe.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>You would oversee the legal aspects of the company as an internal Senior Labor & Employment Law Consultant within the Bosch Group at country level meaning for 7 legal entities with altogether 19.000 associates in 6 cities, in Hungary (Budapest, Vecsés, Hatvan, Maklár, Eger, Miskolc). You would give legal advice to the HR professionals and the business leaders in all labor & employment law relevant cases in close cooperation with another Labor Law Consultant whom you supervise. The position is located at Budapest, the tasks and responsibilities include the whole spectrum of individual and collective labor law such as:</p><p>► Support the business decision making process, by providing legal opinion and advice to the decision makers regarding planned business decisions and transactions.</p><p>► Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in labor and employment legal topics</p><p>► Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies</p><p>► Support the lawful operation of the Bosch group in Hungary by specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance</p><p>► Draft and review legal documents, contracts, policies, terminations, disciplinary letters and other types of legally relevant agreements and documents</p><p>► Represent the employer in courts and public authorities.</p><p>► Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations from labor and employment point of view</p><p>► Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues</p><p>► Communicate and negotiate with Union, Works Council and external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authorities, temporary work-agencies, etc,.), creating relations of trust</p><p>► Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights</p><p>► Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders</p><p>► Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization</p><p>► Provide regular and on-demand trainings for the HR organization and the management</p><p>► Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility</p><p>► Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>► Legal degree, preferably with Labor & Employment Law specialization</p><p>► At least 6-8 years work experience as a Labor & Employment Law Consultant, preferably in multinational environment</p><p>► Advanced Hungarian <u>and</u> English knowledge, German is an advantage</p><p>► Proven record of negotiations with Unions and Works Councils, preferably in production segment</p><p>► Experience in court hearings as a company representative</p><p>► Entrepreneurial Mindset, be creative within the legal boundaries</p><p>► Outstanding social, communication and negotiation skills</p><p>► Goal-and result orientated personality</p><p>► Good organizational and task management skills</p><p>► Advanced Presentation skills</p><p>► Flexible, customer orientated mentality</p><p>► Business acumen</p><p>► Good problem-solving skills</p><p>► Proactive attitude and ability to independent work</p><p>► Good problem-solving skills</p><p>► Proactive attitude and ability to independent work</p><p>Please be aware that this position might need to undergo a pre employment screening after your consent. <br/>
