Above all, we seek someone who takes great pride in their work and is inspired and motivated by their role in protecting and enhancing our client’s financial well-being.</p><p></p><p>Qualification: </p><ul><li><p>BA/BS degree in a business related field, and/or equivalent work experience.</p></li><li><p>1+ years of Financial Services Industry Experience.</p></li><li><p>Strong written, verbal and presentation skills and well-developed communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Creative problem solving skills including the ability to identify, recommend and implement solutions.</p></li><li><p>Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.</p></li><li><p>Language skills commensurate with office location and client relationships supported.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a collaborative environment that requires collaboration with multiple teams.<br/> </p></li></ul><h2>What we offer:</h2><ul><li><p>Private medical care for you and your family.</p></li><li><p>Life Insurance.</p></li><li><p>Hybrid Working Opportunities.</p></li><li><p>2 additional days added to your holiday calendar for Culture Celebration and Community Service.</p></li><li><p>Various additional benefits including professional training and qualification support.</p></li><li><p>Contracts for an indefinite period of time with no probation period.</p></li></ul><p><br/>Some of your key responsibilities include: </p><ul><li><p>Oversee the day-to-day activities of the department.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Set-up of Trailer Fee Agreements in the Trailer Fee System &amp; Static Data maintenance</p></li><li><p>Process Trailer Fees and Rebates.</p></li><li><p>Prepare various Trailer Fee Reports and Re-investment Transactions.</p></li><li><p>Prepare payments of commissions.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to all established procedures and controls (including money laundering prevention, banking secrecy).</p></li><li><p>Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively address and resolve issues with other sections and departments.</p></li><li><p>Investigate and follow-up client and distributor queries.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain an excellent relationship with the customers and their shareholders.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p>
