Supervisor Patient Access

CentraCare is seeking a qualified Patient Access Supervisor for a number of our clinics. The Patient Access role performs registration duties requiring independent analysis, exercise of judgment, and detailed knowledge of all Registration/Patient Access locations and hospital procedures related to work performed. The Supervisor is responsible for assisting in training, coaching and continuing education needs of Registration/Patient Access staff. This role supports the Southway Clinic in St. Cloud, Clearwater Clinic, Becker Clinic, and Big Lake Clinics.

Schedule:

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
• Day shift | 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday | Working hours between 6am-6pm 
• Southway Clinic, Clearwater Clinic, Big Lake Clinic, and Becker Clinic

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $23.29 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience

  • Pay range:  $23.29 - $34.94 per hour

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of revenue cycle experience or three years of leadership experience required
• Epic Certification Epic Prelude/ADT (or other Software Vendor) Credentialing required where applicable within one year of hire
• Medical terminology preferred
• Previous supervisor or management experience preferred
• 3 years of experience in a health care setting preferred
• Knowledge about third party payers, (ADT) admissions, discharges, transfer system highly preferred
