Position Summary Details

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Jackson, GA. Must be available to work Monday - Friday 10:00am-6:30pm.  Pay rate ranges between $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr. Must have 1 year of Supervisor experience. Required steel toe or composite shoes. ABM provides all other PPE required by site. Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the performance of building operations.
• Assigning duties to workers
• Responsible for giving direction, motivation and guidance to a team of cleaners. 
• Conducts quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility and ensures quality and satisfaction levels are meeting and/or exceeding expectations. 
• Assists with the training of housekeeping staff and schedules work assignments and assists with making daily and weekly work schedules. 
• Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems 
• Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. 
• Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities 
• Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. 
• Supervising day-to-day team operations
• Coordinating supplies, equipment, activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial, or other establishments
• Ensuring performance goals are met. May perform administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older 
• Must be available to work 10am-6:30pm Monday-Friday including weekends
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Customer Service Experience 
• 1 yr of Supervisor Experience
• 1 yr of similar work experience
