Product Management - New Graduate Hire (2024)

Our Wireless Connectivity team in San Jose, CA is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wireless Connectivity Software Product Manager.

The Wireless Connectivity team is a leader in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 802.15.4 solution for the IoT, Automotive, and Industrial markets. You will join a team of experienced Product Managers that will provide a mentoring environment enabling you to grow your technical and business knowledge.

Responsibilities 

• Manage and help define software product roadmap to align with NXP’s WCS multi-radio silicon solutions.
• Define and document wireless software features – Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 802.15.4 - to help demonstrate NXP’s wireless solutions technology leadership.
• Track customer feature requests to populate feature backlog, prioritize feature development and create product feature collateral.
• Cross functional teamwork, documenting and presenting product requirements & recommendations to peers and management.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills: preferably familiar with wireless communications, software development or semiconductors (but not mandatory).
• Effective verbal and communication skills, both written and oral, fluent in English.
• A self-starter with an aptitude to learn and think creatively.
• Not afraid to seek help from cross functional team.

The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.

Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range as of the date of this posting is:

$110,000 to $151,300 annually
