We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Team Leader Telesales to join our Viva Wallet team in Brussels,Belgium. The successful candidate will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This candidate will be responsible for maximizing our Telesales team (Telesales Agents, Internal Account Managers and Sales Lead Generators) potential by improving retention with existing merchants; Analyse, review trends, identify risks / opportunities and create the relevant campaigns for the 3 channels, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management

Requirements

• Improving retention with existing merchants; Analyse, review trends, identify risks / opportunities and create the relevant campaigns for the 3 channels,
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Telesales Team comprising (Telesales and Internal Account Managers).
• Design, implement and execute a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Recruit, coach and develop Telesales Representatives, set objectives and monitor their performance.
• Present sales-, revenue- and expense-reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Promote team spirit and be committed to constant learning.
• Fluent in French and Dutch and Good knowledge of the other language. Professional Use of English.
