Where the chemistry happens…

People Analytics oversees all analytics and digital solutions for Global Business Services (GBS) North America and South America and partners with Global Communities of Practice to drive integration and alignment. The role reports directly into Director of Talent Strategy and Services.

The Head of People Analytics will lead analytical approaches and initiatives that deliver insightful responses to strategic questions while leveraging data to analyze, report and model scenarios to best address the business needs. This position will be accountable for driving to completion People Analytics projects that produce business insights while providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership that are supported by data. This position will lead a team across the Americas.

As a Head of People Analytics, You Create Chemistry By...

  • Creating and/or executing the Americas regional people analytics vision and strategic roadmap (including technology enablers and automation).
  • Leading the development and implementation of data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics to provide people trends and insights to the organization.
  • Creating and implementing common methodology and tools for data governance, modeling, and hypothesis testing that is scientifically rigorous. Identify opportunities and drive improvements to data quality, consistency, and scalability.
  • Effectively explaining data findings to leaders and translating insights and recommendations into simple, relevant and actionable business terms as well as providing best practices and insight for how analytics can drive more meaningful decisions.
  • Building enterprise-wide capability, specifically around actionable insights that link talent and business outcomes (sales/business performance) while fostering data integrity across systems.
  • Establishing analytics project intake process which includes framing the business question, scoping and gathering relevant data, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and communication.
  • Promoting a digital mindset and innovation across the organization. Scaling analytics programs to improve efficiencies.
  • Designing and developing a scalable and sustainable workforce planning model.

If you have...

  • Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Statistics, Data Science or similar field emphasizing people research a plus.
  • Experience of 5 years developing tools, conducting empirical research, practical implementation, knowledge of best practices in at least two of the following areas: employee engagement, performance management, diversity, compensation (e.g., pay equity), or retention.
  • Strong predictive analytic and data modeling skills including a high level of comfort working with data from various sources, including talent, workforce and financial.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect the business and workforce strategy with the ability to define relevant metrics that can guide and influence stakeholders to the appropriate and accurate insights.
  • Project Management skills and strength in dealing with ambiguity. Consultative, collaborative, open and innovative, with intellectual curiosity to continuously explore unforeseen possibilities and solutions.
  • Driven by curiosity and learning – always looking to find innovative solutions to problems to stretch your own abilities, but also willing to take the time to upskill those around you.
