We are opening a new office in New York and are looking for an ETRM Senior Lead Business Analyst with the ability and desire to work and take the lead in a fast-moving trading environment to help the ETRM landscape get ahead of industry benchmarks. You'll leverage your exceptional client-facing skills and proven track record in project delivery to propose and develop innovative technology solutions. You'll lead high-performing teams, manage strategic decisions, and ensure our systems are cost-effective and competitive. Salary range for this position: $160,000 - $225,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
Key Accountabilities
You’ll play a key role in identifying and developing technology solutions that drive trading and operational success. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate business needs into impactful systems and tools. Your insights will help ensure seamless communication and informed decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain effective, regular, and transparent communication on progress and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Influence stakeholders across front, middle, and back office to ensure effective delivery.
Make key decisions on system solutions and architecture based on the need to solve business issues and manage costs.
Support and manage the delivery of a portfolio of high-priority Endur projects and changes.
Drive system design, implementation, and improvements for front office, functions, and workflows.
Coordinate resources, providing guidance, and ensuring that the teams are working efficiently and effectively to the agreed outcomes.
Skills and Experience
With exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to engage senior business stakeholders, you are a confident and effective communicator and leader. Your disciplined and organized approach allows you to work within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. You have a proven willingness and ability to understand complex concepts and a mentality of challenging and improving existing processes.
The ideal candidate has:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience with Endur ETRM (front-to-back) and integrations.
Extensive experience with the GMotion module in Endur and interacting with NatGasHub for gas nominations.
Strong ability to triage and resolve day-to-day project delivery issues.
Excellent North American Power and Gas trading expertise – Both Physical & Financial (Additionally, European Power & Gas expertise would be beneficial).
Strong track record of major project implementations using agile sprint-based and/or waterfall approaches.
Strong understanding of ETRM technologies, operations, and processes across Front-Office / Middle-Office / Back-Office.
Experience working with global teams, including offshore and European teams.
Delivery-focused mindset, able to lead high-performing teams.
