As a full stack ETRM Developer, you will join our Technology &amp; Engineering practice and play a key role in delivering and enhancing Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) solutions for leading energy organizations.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You will leverage your expertise in ETRM platforms, .NET technologies, and software engineering best practices to develop scalable, high-quality solutions that help clients optimize trading operations, manage risk, and achieve strategic business objectives.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Deliver .NET implementation and enhancement projects, including custom extensions, integrations, data migrations, conversions, and reporting solutions.</li> <li>Develop and maintain technical specifications, application components, and configuration changes across multiple client engagements.</li> <li>Provide technical expertise in ETRM platforms across a range of energy commodities.</li> <li>Support technical training initiatives and contribute to knowledge-sharing across project teams.</li> <li>Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and development teams to communicate progress and ensure successful project delivery.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Approximately five years of software development experience with strong full-stack development capabilities.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, SQL Server, and Reporting Services.</li> <li>Strong understanding of relational databases, query optimization, and stored procedure development.</li> <li>Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, software architecture, and design patterns that support maintainable and reusable code.</li> <li>Experience working within Agile delivery environments and solving complex business and technical challenges.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></h2> <ul data-spread=&
