In close cooperation with our external tax advisors, you also oversee the tax filings for specific international entities (e.g., Czechia and Poland).<p></p><p></p> * Financial Statements: You actively support and collaborate on the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to UGB and group guidelines.<p></p><p></p> * Cash &amp; Payment Management: You take full ownership of our payment providers (such as Amazon Pay, PayPal, Shopify Payments) and handle the daily booking of bank transactions.<p></p><p></p> * Account Reconciliation: You independently reconcile these payment provider accounts, ensuring all transactions are cleared and discrepancies are resolved efficiently.<p></p><p></p> * Process Optimization: You continuously analyze our current accounting workflows, actively proposing and implementing solutions to make our international processes sleeker and more automated.<p></p><p></p>Your strengths and qualifications:<p></p><p></p> * The Credentials: You have successfully passed the Austrian Bilanzbuchhalter exam (WIFI, Akademie der WT, or equivalent) and bring at least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting.<p></p><p></p> * International Tax Know-How: You have hands-on experience in preparing Austrian tax returns. Experience with foreign tax frameworks (ideally Czechia or Poland) is a distinct advantage. But don't be shy, also apply if you're willing to learn this!<p></p><p></p> * E-Commerce &amp; Tech Savvy: You feel comfortable dealing with high-volume transaction data from payment providers and enjoy working with modern ERP systems and Excel.<p></p><p></p> * Analytical &amp; Solution-Oriented: You work highly independently, have a sharp eye for detail, and don't just spot a problem - you actively bring solutions to the table.<p></p><p></p> * Team Spirit &amp; Language Skills: You thrive in a dynamic, ambitious team environment.
