Inviting applications for the role Senior Manager Solution Architecture Supply Chain – Innovation Incubation Program, Global Alliances!

In this role candidate will be responsible to assess and build joint go-to-market innovative high level technical architecture designs with Genpact & startups in the Finance & Accounting (F&A), Supply Chain, and/or Insurance verticals. The role involves working closely with startup teams, venture capital partners, and internal stakeholders to develop scalable, future-proof solution architectures that can address the specific challenges of these industries. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction with the Genpact stakeholders and the startups while ensuring the joint offering aligns with enterprise-level scalability, security, and performance standards.

Responsibilities

·       Review and assess the end-to-end solution architectures from select startups in the F&A, supply chain, and insurance sectors and determine overall fit for a potential joint go-to-market offering with Genpact .

·       Collaborate with startup founders, engineers, and venture capital partners to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for industry-specific use cases.

·       Integrate emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and automation into architecture designs to drive innovation.

·       Ensure architectures comply with industry regulations and standards, including data security and privacy.

·       Bring deep domain knowledge in F&A, supply chain, insurance and Cloud/Data/AI to identify emerging trends and opportunities for startups.

·       Provide strategic guidance to startup teams on leveraging technology to solve real-world business problems in these sectors.

·       Maintain a pulse on industry regulations, best practices, and innovations to continuously enhance the solution architecture frameworks

·       Act as a technical advisor to both internal Genpact SME teams, startup teams, mentoring them on best practices in architecture, technology stack selection, and industry-specific challenges to build and launch joint offerings.

·       Work closely with venture capital partners to assess the technical viability of startups in their portfolios, providing due diligence support when necessary.

·       Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, and business teams, to ensure seamless execution of innovation initiatives

·       Help shape the innovation incubation program by evaluating and onboarding high-potential startups, assessing their architecture and technology roadmaps.

·       Develop reusable architecture blueprints, frameworks, and accelerators that can be leveraged across multiple startups in the program.
