Iris Telehealth is seeking a PMHNP, ideally licensed in Virginia, to provide care to patients with SUD in an FQHC setting for 24 hours a week. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You'll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

About the Role:
Setting: Join a FQHC, 100% remote outpatient clinic based out of VA
Schedule: 24 hours per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays, 8 AM-5 PM EST)
Patient Population: Ages 18+ with primarily SUD diagnoses, as well as co-occurring diagnoses including anxiety, depression, bipolar, and PTSD.
Appointments: 45 minutes for initial visits, 15 -30 minutes for follow-ups.
Caseload: See 15 patients per day, with a 20% no-show rate. Compensation is not dependent on patient attend
