Position Title: Technical Project Coordinator
Reporting to: Technical Project Manager
Location: Chapel Hill, NC
Compensation: Technical Project Coordinator 1 ($55,000), depending on qualifications, plus bonus potential and benefits
Position Summary:
Well is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to work alongside the Technical Project Manager and multiple teams with the unified goal of delivering solutions to our clients. This individual will be responsible for supporting technical aspects of client initiatives and projects - such as implementation of the Well platform for large, complex employer organizations - ensuring they are thoughtfully executed according to current and evolving process standards as set by both our clients and internal leaders. This individual will have line of sight and accountability on client related projects; their role will be to assist the Technical Project Manager in ensuring these efforts are properly ushered through required toll gates ensuring risks, blockers, etc. are evaluated and addressed along the way. The role will also include manual review of materials, ensuring there are process redundancies, and overall attention to detail for all client components.
Success for this position includes supporting the Technical Project Manager in driving work towards completion, eliminating surprises, and creating a solid information exchange and working relationship between departments for key client projects. At times, this may be a client-facing role which will require thorough preparedness over emails and on meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Technical Project Manager in building collaborative and influential relationships both internally, with Technology teams, Product Managers, Client Services, and Sales/Growth, and externally with Clients.
- Assist in mapping out work and coordinating with dispersed project team members to achieve goals.
- Maintain a consistent and accurate view of the projects in flight and on deck.
- Complete monthly SLA reports and monitor compliance: Generate and review monthly SLA reports, staying informed of all service-level agreements and promptly flagging any instances of non-compliance for resolution.
- Monitor file ingestion and extracts for compliance with SLAs: Track the timely and accurate processing of data files, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements.
- Assist in driving the required work through in a quick and efficient manner. Be informed and prepared to communicate status at all phases of the projects.
- Understand when there are blockers and assist in addressing and/or escalating to reach the desired end state.
- Facilitate meetings alongside the Technical Project Manager and know when a meeting is required to move effort(s) forward.
- Establish a technical understanding of client configurations within the platform and a sense of ownership; in time, assist in speaking to client-related technical issues.
- Assist in facilitating testing cycles related to client activations.
- Perform manual review of materials, ensuring process redundancies and overall attention to detail for all client components.
- Take personal responsibility for keeping all Well systems and data, including sensitive member data, secure and safe, according to Well data and security policies and HIPAA guidelines.

- Demonstrated interest or experience with information technology.
- Experience working with clients (preferred).
- Proven analytical and sound decision-making skills.
- Proven history of timeliness and delivering on time.
- Understanding of business processes and agile methodologies/frameworks/acumen.
