Job Description

Please Note:  This position will include supporting our US Public Sector customers.

“This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards). This includes a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check and taking a drug test. Any employment is contingent upon passing the screening.  Due to Federal requirements, only US citizens, US naturalized citizens or US Permanent Residents, holding a green card, will be considered.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with experience in business analysis, cloud capacity supply chain management, and the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product strategies that optimize cloud infrastructure, streamline supply chain processes, and leverage ServiceNow to enhance workflows and automation. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, technical understanding, and operational excellence to deliver impactful solutions.

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that incorporates customer needs, business goals, and technological advancements.
  • Leverage business analysis techniques to identify gaps and inefficiencies in cloud capacity, supply chain, and ServiceNow processes.
  • Translate complex business problems into actionable product requirements and prioritize initiatives effectively.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, finance, and procurement teams to align strategies across cloud capacity and ServiceNow initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Coordinate with development teams to schedule and plan releases, ensuring that the product improvements are delivered in a timely manner.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Help define and monitor KPIs related to cloud capacity, supply chain efficiency, and ServiceNow platform performance.
  • Use analytics tools to identify trends, generate insights, and inform iterative improvements.
  • Conduct gap analyses to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.

Execution & Delivery

  • Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation and adoption of product features, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Communication:

  • Effectively communicate product updates, enhancements, and changes to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Build product documentation, training, and support materials as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in process improvement and stakeholder communication.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, including cloud capacity supply chain management and ServiceNow platform expertise.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing workflows and automations on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and supply chain logistics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Additional Preferred skills:

  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules in ServiceNow.
  • Technical background or the ability to work effectively with engineering and IT teams.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
