Blue Origin, LLC. is a privately owned aerospace company developing technologies that will establish an enduring human presence in space. We are in search of a Facilities Planner/Scheduler II who will join our team of facility coordinators, equipment engineers, technicians, and construction specialists. This team is chartered with maintaining the overall facility, planning, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and unplanned servicing of facility systems and manufacturing equipment. As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of experts, you will share responsibilities for planning and scheduling maintenance for all facilities infrastructure and equipment, including major systems (HVAC, sprinkler and fire detection, security, lighting control, electrical, communication, plumbing, uninterruptible power supply, compressed air) and other critical equipment. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the continued use and improvement of the CMMS preventive maintenance program (Maximo) for our properties. Specifically support maintenance workflow by creating job plans and updating asset lists.
- Plan and schedule maintenance and/or repairs of facilities and equipment in-house or serve as the focal point for contracted efforts, as necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance workflow best practices with shop personnel as needed.
- Assist with the definition and expansion of Blue Origin facilities and all its assets as necessary.
- Coordinate with project leads on mobilization and demobilization of equipment as needed. Coordinate with outside suppliers for the rental or purchase of equipment as needed.
- This position requires at least 1-3 years of relevant practical experience in industrial facilities management.
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems and daily workflow coordination and use. Experience with Maximo a plus.
- Applicants should have knowledge of industrial facility infrastructure.
- Applicants should be familiar with industrial safety standards and regulations.
- This position requires technical and manufacturing skills, but also a creative and flexible attitude.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint programs.

Compensation range for on site WA applicants is$57,600—$80,640 USD
