Project – the aim you’ll have:

The client's platform is a cutting-edge solution for digital health and clinical trials. It specializes in decentralized trials, focusing on patient-centricity and diversity. The platform offers real-time data capture, telemedicine integration, and seamless connectivity with medical IoT devices. It ensures robust interoperability, global scalability, and regulatory compliance. By enhancing efficiency and inclusivity, client's platform is transforming clinical research, making trials more accessible and adaptive to global health challenges.

Position – how you’ll contribute:

• Conduct comprehensive user flow analysis to optimize user experiences and improve application efficiency.
• Perform integration analysis to ensure seamless interaction between our systems and third-party applications.
• Lead data migration analysis efforts, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data between systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including data flow diagrams, process maps, and use case scenarios.
• Identify and resolve issues related to application integrations and data migrations.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance business processes and system functionalities.
• Support project management activities, including tracking project progress and reporting on key milestones.

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on user flow analysis, integration analysis, and data migration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Knowledge of integration platforms and data migration strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
