If you have any questions, you can reach us by phone on +3211 94 81 56.<br><br>Your duties as a <strong>customer service officer</strong> will include:<ul><li><strong>You'll respond to incoming&nbsp;phone calls&nbsp;and mails</strong>;</li><li>You'll gather the necessary&nbsp;information and check it's accuracy and completeness;</li><li>You'll provide the needed<strong> technical support </strong>and communicate with the workshops;</li><li>You'll update all the involved parties;</li><li>You'll <strong>monitor the agreements</strong>;</li><li>You'll follow the&nbsp;<strong>contract-related issues</strong> up and respect the&nbsp;imposed deadlines.</li></ul>Profiel<p>As&nbsp;a&nbsp;<strong>customer&nbsp;service&nbsp;officer</strong>&nbsp;you&nbsp;can&nbsp;recognise&nbsp;yourself&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;criteria&nbsp;below:</p><ul><li>Preferably&nbsp;you&nbsp;have&nbsp;gained&nbsp;a&nbsp;first&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;customer&nbsp;service;</li><li>You&nbsp;can&nbsp;easily&nbsp;work&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;computer,&nbsp;especially&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>MS&nbsp;Office</strong>;</li><li>You're&nbsp;a&nbsp;social&nbsp;person&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>strong&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills</strong>;</li><li>You&nbsp;have&nbsp;<strong>attention&nbsp;to&nbsp;detail</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;are&nbsp;<strong>stress-resistant</strong>;</li><li>You&nbsp;work&nbsp;<strong>organised</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;have&nbsp;<strong>great&nbsp;organizational&nbsp;and&nbsp;time&nbsp;management&nbsp;skills</strong>;</li><li>You must speak <strong>fluently</strong> <strong>Dutch/Polish/English OR Polish/ German/ English OR Dutch/ French/ English OR Dutch/German/Italian/French/English.</strong></li><li>You work the <strong>weekend + Friday shift OR during the week.
