This role involves shared responsibilities in analyzing, designing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, implementing, and maintaining the software applications that support our Supply Chain Planning business partners. The position requires collaboration within a team environment, working with business stakeholders, technical development staff, external contractors, and management. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-driven team player who excels in both technical and functional areas, communicates effectively, and is focused on delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:Ā 

  • Facilitate business requirements, design, configure, test, and implement Kinaxis RapidResponse with a focus on Material Requirements Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, and Demand Planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design, and test functionalities for ancillary Supply Chain Planning tools, focusing on PlanetTogether (Scheduling) and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (ERP) updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the Supply Chain Planning Center of Excellence.
  • Manage the Supply Chain Planning solution roadmap.
  • Deliver production support for RapidResponse/Maestro.

Education:

  • Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field,s or equivalent work experience.

Certification:

  • Kinaxis RapidResponse Author Level 1 (Preferred), APICS/CPIM (preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of functional experience in Supply Planning with exposure to Demand Planning, preferably in a consumer-packaged goods environment.
  • Experience with RapidResponse configuration, with at least one implementation, is preferred.
  • RapidResponse Data Administration, PlanetTogether & JD Edwards experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Finite Scheduling solution is desired; experience with PlanetTogether is preferred.

Capabilities & Skills Required

  • Experience in supporting a Supply Planning and Demand Planning System is strongly desired.
  • Project intake, evaluation, prioritization & scheduling along with Project Management.
  • Strong knowledge & demonstrated execution of the systems development life cycle (Agile & Waterfall).
  • Technical change management.
  • Organizational change management.
  • Third-party tool & support assessment & selection.
  • Continually update business & technical knowledge and skills.
  • Works well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
  • Accepts personal responsibility for the quality, timeliness & budget impact of work assigned and assumes ownership of the results

National Target Base Pay Range: $112,000.00 - $190,000.00.
