• Salary Range:  $85-110k Base + Bonus 
• Reporting Relationship: Directly to the Vice President of Reid Stores, Inc.

Primary Function: As our Regional Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind delivering unmatched customer experiences and maximizing profitability across Crosby's locations. Your Mission is to set and exceed high standards that bring a smile to our customers every single day.

• General Management: Lead by example, exceed budget targets, mentor, and develop our district and team leaders, and maintain exceptional store standards.
• Financial Mastery: Own budget development, analyze variances, and implement strategic plans to optimize revenue and expense lines.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure safety measures are in place, maintain store security, and guarantee compliance with regulations.
• Merchandising Magic: Perfectly position merchandise, maintain attractive displays, and ensure pricing accuracy to keep customers coming back for more.
