Our Operations team plays a critical role across every stage of the investment lifecycle, supporting deals from close through ongoing portfolio management.</p> <p>Setpoint Capital is looking for a <strong>Senior Associate</strong>&nbsp;to join the Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this is a senior role with significant ownership across the deal lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in building the processes that let a high-performing team scale.</p> <h3><strong>Who will love this job</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>A doer: </strong>You have a strong bias towards action and a “get it done” mentality.</li> <li><strong>A systems thinker: </strong>You can map complex workflows end-to-end, identify where things break, and build processes that hold up at scale.</li> <li><strong>A great communicator: </strong>You possess clear written and verbal communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and build strong relationships across teams and with external counterparties.</li> <li><strong>A multi-tasker: </strong>You can manage multiple deals and operational workflows simultaneously and execute them reliably under tight deadlines.</li> <li><strong>A problem-solver: </strong>You get to expert status quickly in new areas, understand what matters most, and drive issues to resolution.</li> <li><strong>A process driver: </strong>You can pick up complex systems — legal structures, leverage facilities, custody workflows — and design repeatable, scalable solutions.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead pre-close operational diligence for new facilities, including KYC/OFAC, insurance, custody and servicing structure setup, data tape configuration, and cash controls.</li> <li>Manage post-close operations across the portfolio, including custody oversight, daily funding request review and approvals, and facility monitoring.&nbsp;</li> <li>Determine the timing and sizing of leverage draws and paydowns across facilities; prepare borrowing bases and manage lender submissions in coordination with Debt Capital Markets.
