Abramson Labor Group, a leading employment and labor law firm, is looking for a professional paralegal with a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills. Candidates should be highly motivated and adept at handling the complexities of class action cases in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the discovery process (gathering evidence and organizing deposition transcripts), and summarizing the materials for the attorney to review• Prepare trial exhibits, trial binders, and witness lists• Review, draft, and organize various case files• Communicate with potential class members to gather information and ensure they meet class certification criteria

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
• 3+ years of relevant paralegal experience, specifically in employment law class action
• Strong researching and writing skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams
