About this role

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented college/graduate student to join the North America Residential & Light Commercial Systems (NA RLCS) HR team for the summer of 2024.

The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy. 

Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resources intern, you will gain experience to include, but not limited to, activities and tasks listed below:

• Support broader talent initiatives, including recruiting, training & development, and diversity/inclusion/engagement

• Partner with senior HR and business leadership to lead initiatives that drive impactful business results

• This role will allow exposure to salary, hourly, and union (where applicable) populations

• Lead additional HR projects as assigned 

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organization Behavior, Organizational Psychology, or related fields

• 3.0 or higher GPA

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
