As we continue to increase touchpoints with our employees and customers, ServiceNow is looking for a Technical Producer to enhance production and technical execution of our high-profile programs. The position will sit within the company’s Digital Technology team while working with multiple partners throughout other pillars of the organization. The prospective candidate will bring rich experience managing end to end live productions and broadcasts to both internal and external audiences. This includes overseeing live event production teams as well as a deep knowledge of advanced production signal chain, video conferencing, and social media platforms. Equally important are a strong sense of organization, decision making, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
What you get to do in this role:
- Work collaboratively within the Now Production team to produce high-quality broadcasts and replays for live and hybrid programs.
- Support the seamless publishing and broadcasting of events across platforms such as Facebook Workplace, Zoom, vMix, and other virtual broadcast tools.
- Ensure attention to detail in managing event assets, including video, graphics, recordings, and other media.
- Partner with the Broadcast Engineering team to design and implement effective virtual broadcast systems (vMix, Constellation, remote production kits, Mux boxes).
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during live events and streamed broadcasts, working alongside producers to create a smooth and engaging experience.
- Develop clear and accessible training materials, document workflows, and enhance processes for live and video production services.
- Assess project needs and coordinate the right mix of technical staff and resources to ensure a successful outcome.
- Manage event logistics and budgets with a thoughtful and organized approach, including working with external vendors.
- Collaborate with vendors to support installations, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain a reliable broadcast infrastructure.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5+ years of experience in professional broadcast and AV systems engineering.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams, internal partners, developers, systems engineers, and executives.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Experience with Ross Video production switchers and Yamaha digital & analog audio mixing consoles.
- Familiarity with broadcasting to major TV and streaming networks (Fox, CNBC, CBS).
- Understanding of digital signal flows, including Dante, NDI, and 3G SDI.
- Experience with web and conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Facebook Workplace, and Brightcove.
- Knowledge of RIP/MAC address management for LAN/WAN-based devices.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $112,800 to $191,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
