FLSA Status: Nonexempt
Status: Full time
Schedule: Must be available to work during all operating hours | Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30+PM and alternating Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 12:00+PM

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coaching others, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, and creating a welcoming environment for members and team members alike.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a high-performing teller team
- Deliver exceptional service to members—at the lobby, drive-thru, or by phone
- Oversee daily branch functions including opening/closing, balancing drawers, and enforcing security procedures
- Assist members with transactions, account openings/closures, CDs, IRAs, HSAs, and basic lending needs
- Resolve issues with professionalism and a focus on solutions
- Promote Austin Telco products and services that support members’ financial well-being
- Work closely with branch leadership to create a cohesive, values-driven workplace
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a financial institution, preferably in a teller or supervisory role
- Strong communication skills and a member-first mindset
- Detail orientation with the ability to balance cash and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in handling confidential material and navigating internal systems (training provided)
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission-centered team
