Are you a strategic, data-driven commercial marketer who thrives on forecasting the future—and then outperforming it? T-Mobile Fiber is seeking a Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to lead Quarterly Growth Planning (QGP) and Channel Performance Management.

This is a role for a fast learner and insightful storyteller—someone who can model performance, forecast outcomes, and influence decisions through sharp analysis and persuasive communication. You’ll bring clarity to complex data, curiosity to every challenge, and a drive to deliver measurable business results—quarter after quarter.

This is a hybrid work environment with three days in the office.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Quarter: Lead Quarterly Growth Planning and in-quarter steering, forecasting business outcomes and aligning strategy to deliver subscriber and revenue goals across all markets and channels.
  • Model the Future: Build and evolve performance models, pacing frameworks, and ROI forecasts that guide decision-making and optimize sales conversion.
  • Drive Commercial Performance: Translate business insights into commercial strategies focused on ARPU, revenue, and customer acquisition. Continuously analyze results, diagnose performance drivers, and recommend rapid course corrections.
  • Lead with Data and Storytelling: Turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence senior leaders. Develop dashboards, forecast reviews, and QGP presentations that bring insight and precision to every discussion.
  • Connect the Dots Across Teams: Collaborate with Fiber Ops, FP&A, GTM, Digital, and Channel partners to forecast performance, manage pacing, and implement growth initiatives.
  • Learn Fast, Adapt Faster: Operate in a dynamic environment with intellectual curiosity and agility—learning quickly, refining approaches, and challenging assumptions to improve business performance.
  • Build Tools for Growth: Develop analytical tools, scorecards, and post-mortem analyses that establish a continuous feedback loop between strategy, execution, and learning.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 8+ years in commercial, growth, or performance marketing—preferably in telecom, software/hardware, digital services, or consumer industries.
  • Forecasting & Modeling Expertise: Proven ability to build and interpret forecasts, models, and performance frameworks to drive business outcomes.
  • Strategic Insight: Skilled at turning market and financial data into actionable strategies that improve revenue and customer growth.
  • Curiosity & Learning Agility: Naturally inquisitive, quick to learn complex systems, and eager to uncover insights that drive better decisions.
  • Executive Communication: Strong presentation skills; able to distill analytics into crisp narratives for senior audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Adept at influencing across teams, balancing strategic thinking with executional precision.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments—comfortable navigating ambiguity to deliver clarity and impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Deep understanding of telecom, digital services, or subscription-based business models
  • Experience leading quarterly business planning and performance management in dynamic markets
