Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 support for helpdesk inquiries and technical issues.
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, security, and backup processes to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to improve and streamline IT processes.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides for common issues and solutions.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity and Network Hardening as well as Crowdstrike integration for endpoints.
- Familiarity with Unifi Networks, Service Desk Plus, JAMF MDM.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+) are a plus.
