Hala Annabi is seeking a talented UW PhD student committed to the advancement of neurodistinct young adults in STEM fields to participate in an evaluation research project.
The RA will assist in the following activities:
- Developing project evaluation tools and frameworks aimed at assessing participants’ work-readiness, employers’ level of engagement, and efficacy of the train-the-trainer model in collaboration with and detailed input from 3 nonprofit organizations, as well as neurodivergent self-advocates and employers (leveraging the project’s advisory boards)
- Administration of evaluation instruments in collaboration with staff from 3 nonprofit organizations
- Conducting project evaluation and data analysis related to participants’ work-readiness, employers’ level of engagement, and efficacy of the train-the-trainer model
- Creating and publishing project findings and insights to help translate research into practice and create an adaptive, scalable model for training providers, employers, and other stakeholders to advance employment of neurodivergent people.
The RA will perform some or all of the responsibilities listed below. The position will require approximately 20 hours per week.
Compensation:
This role will pay between approximately $3,135 to $3,865 per month, per the Graduate School's salary schedule.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- PhD student at the University of Washington
- Enrolled in at least 10 credits during Winter & Spring 2025
- Responsible, organized, and able to get tasks done on time
