Business Development/Capture Lead

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development/Capture Lead to join our team. As the Business Development/Capture Lead at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and capturing new opportunities in the federal government contracting space.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and winning new business with emphasis on DOD
• Focused targeting of efforts over $50M; strategic thinker.
• Reports directly to DOD General Manager
• Develop and maintain relations with key clients develop gate reviews for specific programs
• Experience with USAF and Army contracts

Requirements

• 5+ years of BD/Capture experience (10+ years without degree)

• Marketing, Business Development and Capture Management

• Project/program management
• Ability to form quality teammates
• Monitor federal sites to identify potential opportunities
• For specific opportunities develop customer requirements, win themes and strategies, differentiators and competitive assessment
• Secret Clearance is required
• Bachelor's degree is desired
