The Talent Acquisition Team within our People + Culture organization has an outstanding opportunity for an Early Career and Diversity Program Manager to join us! We are seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for developing, implementing, and leading early career, intern, and inclusive talent programs. You will have the opportunity to build and cultivate internal as well as external relationships with universities and organizations while also leading activities to attract and engage diverse talent for our Bank.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop, communicate, and deliver early career programs that align with the Bank’s strategy and with specific focus on developing diverse talent pipelines.

  • Identify and cultivate important relationships with key internal collaborators to understand talent needs and shape programs accordingly.

  • Own the full life cycle of enterprise programs from inception to delivery and measurement.

  • Establish campus recruitment strategy; mobilize and coordinate a team to support.

  • Create and implement appropriate assessments, selection, onboarding, and educational materials.

  • Partner with Branding and Social Media teams to expand our reach and nurture our early career talent brand.

  • Use data and analytics to build a comprehensive narrative as well as drive future decisions around attraction and processes.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, provide insights to bank leaders, and iteratively evolve programs.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations, community partners and associations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Typically requires 8+ years of demonstrated ability in talent, talent acquisition and/ or human resources.

  • Experience in crafting, developing, and delivering programs.

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Ability to navigate complexity and prioritize in an often-ambiguous environment.

  • Strong consultative, interpersonal, analytic, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to include communicating complex issues succinctly, presenting effectively, building, and maintaining client relationships while exercising influence.

  • Proven track record of developing and leading program materials including use of PowerPoint, project management software and Excel.

Hiring Salary Range: San Francisco: Min: $105,300 Mid: $136,700 Max: $168,100.  Hiring Locations: San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle.

Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
