Pay Ranges: $135,000 - $150,000

This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid and remote work arrangement. We are prioritizing candidates who reside within a two-hour commute of a Sun Chemical facility to facilitate periodic in-person collaboration.

Position Summary:
The Global Customs Compliance Leader will oversee customs and trade compliance across all regions (Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific) and business units, including Packaging & Graphics, Color Materials, and Advanced Materials. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a harmonized global customs compliance program that ensures legal adherence, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.
Essential Functions:
- Develop global customs compliance procedures spanning all regions and business units.
- Standardize systems, processes, and data while leveraging regional best practices.
- Establish a global customs compliance organization once foundational processes are in place.
