Compensation: $120,000 – $192,000/annually

What You’ll Do

• Lead + Motivate: Coach and energize technicians and service advisors to perform at their best.
• Elevate the Experience: Create a transparent, customer-first environment that keeps people coming back.
• Run the Show: Oversee daily operations, streamline workflow, and keep the shop productive and efficient.
• Hit the Numbers: Track KPIs, drive performance, and make smart moves to boost profitability.

What You Bring

• Experience as a Service Manager or senior Service Advisor in a dealership setting.
• A natural leader who can build, coach, and energize a team.
• Strong grasp of dealership operations, DMS systems, and manufacturer service standards.
• Comfort with financials—reading reports, controlling costs, and finding growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
