We are looking for a

Global Process Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

 

What will be your challenge in the role:

• You manage the process delivery for our most strategic clients across several countries.
• You optimize existent and deliver new processes for our O2C, BNPL and 3DC services based on client-input and your benchmarking results.
• You take responsibility for the alignment, prioritization and delivery of required change requests with the Business Unit and Dev.
• You support during global incidents with the key stakeholders, define containment actions and prevent recurrences.

 

What you need to succeed in the role:

• You have relevant professional experience.
• You have first experience in (IT) project management in an international work environment.
• You have a good process knowledge and understanding as well as analytical skills.
• You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
