Job Title:

Blackstone Perpetual Finance – BXPE Assistant Vice President

• Act as liaison between Finance, Senior leadership and Portfolio Management teams
• Act as the single source of truth for data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across datasets used across all stakeholders
• Oversee the upload and distribution of finalized data to systems and to stakeholders at agreed-upon timelines to ensure seamless integration into downstream processes
• Work directly with all finance teams to assist in the preparation and review of monthly finance leadership reporting
• Collaborate with various teams for ad hoc analysis and projects
• Develop and implement a comprehensive range of data management objectives to enhance operational efficiency
• Own and streamline end-to-end data reporting function for the group
• Research and suggest new systems / software to streamline reporting amongst multiple groups

Qualifications:

• BS (or above) in Finance is preferred
• 6+ years of experience in Finance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma Computing).
• Experience with implementing new data systems
• Experience with large data sets
• Experience with open-ended funds and/or private equity industry is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Thrives in a team-based environment
• Highly organized and proactive
• Works effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
• Detail oriented and possesses a strong work ethic; multi-tasks well and executes a wide range of assignments; strong time management skills

Expected annual base salary range:

$130,000 - $200,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
