You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through Gorgias while managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through Gorgias platform, responding to inquiries and resolving customer concerns
  
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry and document management
  
• Process and track customer orders and inquiries
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  
• Support general administrative operations
  
• Assist with day-to-day business operations and special projects as needed
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with Gorgias platform
  
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
