The Customer Service Order Administrator will be working alongside our licensed veterinary technicians and customer service order administrators to process prescription orders received for our clients, and other necessary duties as order volume allows.

The Customer Service Order Administrator will be working alongside our licensed veterinary technicians and customer service order administrators to process prescription orders received for our clients, and other necessary duties as order volume allows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client records to validate prescription requests.
- Learn and follow workflow for prescription request approval, denial, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance using internal and external tools and tracking documents.
- Maintaining and merging duplicate profile accounts in the proprietary CRM solution.
- General clerical functions, including faxing and mailing pet records and rabies tags, and processing returned mail.
- Other duties or functions as requested.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Intermediate PC skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and managers, as well as with pharmacy partners.
- Ability to apply logic and reasoning in the context of the work.
- Detail oriented, ensuring accurate and reliable work product and data entry.
- Listen and understand information and ideas.
- Interpret and apply instructions and guidelines to resolve work problems.
- Punctual and able to consistently maintain assigned schedule.
- Display professional and positive conduct.
