In this role you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying of quality management systems, strategies, and standards that seamlessly align with market and segment requirements, making you a key driver of organic growth and operational innovation.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHY YOU MATTER</p> <p> </p> <p><u>Key Responsibilities</u>:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Develop, deploy and coordinate a multi-site quality management system that meets the highest industry standards.</li> <li>Establish and execute quality improvement plans for systemic product and process defects, guiding the process of root cause analysis and the development of effective countermeasures.</li> <li>Create a site quality network, fostering an effective collaboration and alignment with the global quality organization.
