What you will do in the Account Executive (AE) role: •Understand Client Needs: The Account Executive needs to have a deep understanding of the clients’ needs to provide tailored services. •Customer Service: This role is expected to deliver best-in-class customer service results, ensuring client satisfaction. •Quoting, Binding, and Servicing Policies: The role involves taking client leads, providing quotes, binding agreements, and servicing personal lines policies, which requires a solid understanding of the insurance industry and the specific products offered. •Oversee Processes: The AE is responsible for overseeing processes related to renewals, account management, and new business transactions, where excellent organizational and management skills can be showcased.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•Assists team members in all aspects of client service on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients and the internal activities related to these processes. •Works as part of the team to provide seamless client service and quality work. •Actively supports and monitors the new business and renewal processes. •Informs client(s) of all changes that may affect insurance premiums or coverage, utilizing agency operating system to manage the process and delivery of policy change endorsements. •Assists in generating materials for client presentations and meetings. •Gathers and compiles exposure information from the clients including prior claims history & driving records. •Responds in a timely manner to the requests and needs of the client, sales producer, and team. •Assists with defining the consultative approach on insurance coverage for our clients. •Strengthens carrier relationships and strategy to drive meaningful results. •Reviews workflows and updates, as necessary, to ensure operation efficiencies. •Oversees invoicing and coordinates between client and accounting to fully process; follows up on receivables for assigned clients, ensuring timely collections. •Ensures that account data supports the integrity of company accounting and tracking systems. •Acts with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all client interactions. •Provides technical insurance expertise to team members and clients. •Adheres to client confidentiality. •Partners closely with Personal Lines leadership to ensure education of team and clients. •Facilitates claim handling with high-net-worth clients with internal claims advocates and carrier claims adjusters. •Maintains relationships with referral sources, financial planners, banks, and current clients. •Assists with team with additional training, questions, escalations, etc.•Other tasks as needed and assigned.
Education and Experience:•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalent. •5+ years of previous Personal Insurance experience, with an emphasis on Private Client accounts and high net worth carriers a preferred. •P&C License required in resident state, or ability to obtain license within first 90 days of employment. •P&C Designation required (ACSR, AIS, CIC, CISR, CPRIA, CPRM, CRM). •Experience in personal lines insurance with quoting, binding new business, endorsements to existing policies and agency/broker submission forms with knowledge of company underwriting requirements and adhering to guidelines required by insurance companies and state insurance laws and regulations. •Must have familiarity and good working knowledge of various Microsoft software applications, Agency Management Systems, and the ability to learn new software systems.
