Through our 2-year Functional Graduate Program, you will embark on an individual rotation plan within our electronics business, gaining international exposure and interacting with our senior management team. With the support of exceptional business mentors, tailored training sessions, and ample networking opportunities, you will have the resources to thrive.

 

Your Role:

In this program, you will have the opportunity to explore various aspects of the Project Management field, including monitoring project execution, ensuring comprehensive project plans, managing risks, and developing project roadmaps. As a selected candidate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization, working on high-speed projects that yield tangible results.

 

Your journey will begin with an assignment at one of our offices in the United States, followed by two additional assignments in different areas of our Electronics business, with one of them taking place at a global subsidiary abroad. This will provide you with a broad perspective of the specialty materials and delivery equipment business units, exposure to diverse industries and markets, and a chance to embrace cultural differences and collaborate effectively in a global organization. Throughout your assignments, you will be responsible for various projects vital to our core business, setting business objectives, and contributing to the overall success of Electronics.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Ph. D. in Natural Science, Business Administration, Economics, Construction Management, or Engineering field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Administration skills
  • Flexible and collaborative team player, willing to go above and beyond to drive projects to success while also being capable of working independently
  • Excellent networking abilities and strong interpersonal skills
  • International experience and additional language skills 
  • Interest in project management or related fields in the semiconductor industry
  • High motivation, curiosity, and passion for finding solutions to exciting challenges set you apart
  • Skilled communicator, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication with a keen attention to detail
