The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of Dematic. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38-86,000/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support for the recruiting process by managing the requisition approval process
  • Organizing internal and external candidate interviews in a high-volume environment
  • Contacting and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Providing documentation and information on the posting and recruitment process to the recruiter, candidate, hiring manager and interview team
  • Maintaining, monitoring, and gathering recruiting data in Workday, LinkedIn and/or Talent Neuron
  • Escalating requisition issues to senior management or other key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Education may be substituted for with work experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience with experience in talent acquisition, recruiting and/or human resources preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and juggle projects in a time sensitive work environment
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and also with sourcing candidates through Workday, LinkedIn and/or Indeed
  • Must be highly detailed oriented with strong organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Requires initiative, confidence, time management, resourcefulness and common-sense approach to problem solving
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Requires ability to maintain confidentiality
