• Act as a career advisor, providing insights on market trends, career paths, and opportunities within FIS.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, keeping them “warm” and engaged until the right opportunity aligns.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders to understand hiring needs and future skill demands.

• Promote FIS as an employer of choice through targeted outreach, industry events, and digital engagement strategies.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the relationship lifecycle.
What You Bring

• Proven ability to build, manage, and nurture long-term candidate relationships.
• Strong understanding of market trends, talent attraction strategies, and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior-level talent.
• A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a passion for networking and talent engagement.
• Experience using CRM, ATS, and talent mapping tools to track and manage pipelines.
• A data-oriented approach to measuring success and optimizing engagement strategies.
What We Offer
• A strategic role with the opportunity to shape how FIS attracts and engages top SME talent.
• A fast-paced, recruitment agency-style environment within a leading global fintech company.
• Access to cutting-edge recruitment technology and resources to enhance your success.
• A supportive and collaborative team culture with career growth opportunities.
• Competitive salary, performance incentives, and benefits package.
At FIS, we are not just hiring for today—we are building a talent pipeline for the future. If you thrive in a proactive, relationship-driven recruitment model and enjoy connecting top-tier talent with world-class opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!
