The Enterprise Client Lead is a strategic advisor within Talent Acquisition, focused on solving complex workforce challenges in healthcare and helping to deliver on key business development and operational objectives. This role partners with senior clinical and operational leaders to design and implement innovative talent strategies that address provider shortages, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals for growth, patient care and operational excellence. The Enterprise Client Lead will also manage a team of sourcing recruiters, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and driving performance outcomes.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Biology (Pre-Med), or Healthcare Administration or related field
Licenses/Certifications Required:

Work Experience Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare Talent Acquisition or workforce consulting, with at least 3 years in a strategic advisory role.
- 5+ years of experience working within a health system that operates 10 or more hospitals.
- Deep understanding of provider recruitment, healthcare market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-level initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications, Education, Licenses, Certifications, Experience, etc.:
- Master’s degree Master’s degree in Human Resources, Biology (Pre-Med) or Healthcare Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience managing and developing a healthcare recruiting or sourcing team preferred
- Experience implementing recruitment technology solutions and automation tools.
- Track record of reducing locum spend and improving time-to-fill for critical provider roles.
- Demonstrated experience in leading Talent Acquisition initiatives that support complex growth strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and multi-site expansions within healthcare or a multi-location service environment.
- Expertise in Employer Value Proposition (EVP) development and deployment.
- Familiarity with vendor governance and contract management in healthcare recruitment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Consulting:
- Advise executive and clinical leadership on provider workforce planning for healthcare providers and support staff, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop strategies to address critical gaps in physician, advanced practice provider (APP), and clinical talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Strategic Operations and senior leadership teams to align workforce planning initiatives with enterprise objectives, driving cross-functional integration and influencing strategic decisions that shape organizational growth and talent deployment
Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a team of sourcing recruiters, setting priorities and ensuring delivery against strategic hiring goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sourcing team.
Program Leadership:
- Drive enterprise-wide initiatives such as Employer Value Proposition (EVP), diversity hiring, and candidate experience optimization for healthcare roles.
- Implement technology and best practices to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce reliance on locums for providers and temporary staffing agencies for center staff.
- Collaborate with VP of Enterprise Operations to design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that enable seamless workforce integration and staffing execution for high-impact initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and the launch of new operational centers.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Clinical Operations, Enterprise Operations, Strategy, People, Business Development, and FP&A, influencing decisions that impact patient access and care delivery.
