By </span></b><b>joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.</b></p><p><b><span>Citi has had a presence in Ireland since 1965, it was one of the first foreign banks to open an office in the country and is the Citibank Europe Plc Headquarters.  </span></b></p><p></p><p><b>Team / Role Overview</b></p><p>Senior Program Management Lead is accountable for management and delivery of complex/large portfolio of programs and projects, and functional practice of program management within the area of Securities Services Middle Office and Funds Operations.</p><p>Role includes high level of exposure to clients, Product, Technology and Operations’ senior stakeholders, therefore requires comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the programs objectives, as well as excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally and externally.</p><p>Individual in this role will also be responsible for program management practice, standards and policy formulation, planning and execution.<br/><br/><br/><b><u>What you will do:</u></b></p><ul><li>Manage and drive day-to-day delivery of multiple programs, incl. planning, control and executing to milestones and budget on multiple complex projects.</li><li>Manage Project/Program Management professionals or a functional area</li><li>Manage stakeholders and key organizations in order to build and manage relationships with each.</li><li>Direct the creation of multiple work projects and manage their alignment to business goals and strategy.</li><li>Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the managed portfolio.</li><li>Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Senior Management.</li><li>Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work.</li><li>Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the managed portfolio.</li></ul><p><br/><b><u>What we'll need from you:</u></b></p><ul><li>10+ years relevant project/program management experience, preferred experience in running large programs of work for Securities Services</li><li>At least 5-10 years’ experience in leading and developing project teams/professionals through dynamic growth and delivering saves, planning capacity</li><li>Track of record in standardizing and driving procedures and policies across program and project management practice</li><li>Extensive relationship building and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and prioritization skills</li><li>Independent, self-motivated and hard working</li><li>Executive presence; ability to have voice heard</li><li>Time flexible (holiday schedule is client based, time schedule is task-based, hybrid work required)</li><li>Good working knowledge of: project methodologies and tools, MS Project, MS Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we can offer you</b></p><p><b>By joining Citi Dublin, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed) and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits that support you (and your family) to </b><b>be well, live well and save well.
