ARTHOUSE is the latest addition to TodayTix Group’s portfolio of brands. Our team specializes in crafting inspiring and impactful marketing campaigns to engage and expand a show’s viewership. We leverage data, combined with top-tier ticketing solutions, to guide audiences through the exciting journey of discovering shows to purchasing tickets.
We’re looking for a skilled Studio Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the account and creative teams to lead production of all paid advertising placements (print/digital), FOH/outdoor, motion, social media content, email marketing, websites and more.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project management expert who thrives in a startup environment and wants to shape the future of performing arts marketing. If you enjoy listmaking, calendars and working with designers/creatives, we’d love to hear from you!
Please note: qualified candidates must be based in the greater NYC area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

What Success Looks Like:
- Efficient Project Management – Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects, consistently meeting deadlines while prioritizing work effectively.
- Cross-Team Alignment – Facilitate clear, proactive communication across internal teams, ensuring smooth campaign execution with minimal last-minute changes.
- High Client Satisfaction – Support strong client relationships by delivering organized, accurate, and timely updates that build trust and reliability.
- Error-Free Execution – Maintain exceptional attention to detail, contributing to digital campaigns launching with zero asset or trafficking errors.
- Forward-Thinking & Creative Problem Solving – Anticipate needs and plan ahead to avoid last-minute scrambles; when roadblocks arise, proactively develop creative solutions to keep projects on track.
