Key responsibilities:

Sales Strategy

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, growth, and client retention targets.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize performance.

Client Relationship Management

• Represent Snowbird at key industry events and during business travel, building brand awareness and expanding the client base.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, industry professionals, and third-party resources.
• Conduct site tours and presentations, showcasing Snowbird’s unique offerings.
• Respond promptly to sales leads, providing tailored solutions to client needs.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in CRM systems (Amadeus/Salesforce).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, marketing, operations, and conference services to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Complete timely expense reports and adhere to departmental procedures and timelines.

Professional Development & Inclusion
