About the Role

You will be the first product manager that we’ve hired at TipLink. We expect you to see products from idea to implementation and ongoing iteration, end-to-end. This includes user research, shaping the product, operationally managing the process, pricing, go to market, and iterating post-production. The payments space is ripe for stablecoin disruption, and this role will help tackle these new use cases.

What you need

• Experience in product management and/or business development, with a track record of taking products from idea to implementation.

• Ability to manage the entire product development lifecycle, including user research, product shaping, operational management, pricing, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch iteration.

• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including businesses, developers, and partners.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present product visions.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to inform product decisions and optimize post-launch iterations.

Nice to have

• Experience working with stablecoins or crypto payment solutions.

• Background in fintech or traditional financial services, understanding industry challenges that crypto can solve.

• Data analytics experience (SQL, Python)
