About the Role
Trust & Safety is a top priority at Hinge and core to our mission. As a result, we continuously invest in our T&S capabilities and hold ourselves to the highest standards in the industry.
 
We are looking for a VP of Trust & Safety Product to lead that next chapter: building proactive, user-felt safety experiences powered by responsible AI that set the bar for what safety looks like in consumer technology.
 
You will own the long-term T&S product strategy, lead a team of talented PMs across safety workstreams, and build the organizational conditions for high-velocity, high-impact execution. You'll sit within Hinge's leadership team, operate across executive levels at both Hinge and Match Group, driving alignment and velocity.
