If so, take a closer look at this unique career opportunity.</p> <p><br/> <b>People &amp; Culture &gt; Executive Business Partnering </b></p> <p> </p> <p>You will become part of a unique and dynamic team called Executive Partnering &amp; Services, which supports Vestas’ executives and global business areas with HR business partnering as well as conducting global business transformations.</p> <p>This team acts as trusted advisors to Vestas leadership and translates business strategy into tangible P&amp;C initiatives and activities, contributing to a diverse and inclusive working culture.</p> <p>The focus will be on ensuring strong leadership, talent management, communication between top management, maximizing value creation, and utilizing the full potential of the P&amp;C organisation. As a team we take pride in treating each other with respect, have fun, and we stay focused and goal-oriented even during peak times.</p> <p>The Sr. Global P&amp;C Business Partner will work in a global matrix structure with a direct line to the Head of Executive Partnering &amp; Services, and a dotted line to the business. The main stakeholders will be Vestas’ senior management teams, as well as the colleagues within the P&amp;C organisation. </p> <p><br/> <b>Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>The Sr. Global P&amp;C Business Partner will be responsible for translating global functional business strategies into tangible P&amp;C initiatives enabling the business to meet and exceed their goals</li> <li>In partnership with business leaders, develop and drive global workforce strategies based on market requirements</li> <li>Support and collaborate with the talent organisation to ensure line of successors for critical positions – build bench strength</li> <li>Advise the business leaders on strategic and operational organisational design and build required capabilities in the organisation, drawing on P&amp;C experts</li> <li>Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR Partner for leadership teams incl. driving the annual People &amp; Culture cycle activities</li> <li>Coach Sr. leaders and executives on their people and business leadership to enable them to develop their leadership capabilities and act as a role model</li> <li>Develop high-performing, diverse teams living up to the Vestas Values</li> </ul> <p><br/> <b>Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>The successful candidate will be an experienced HR and/or business profile with experience, ideally gained in a complex global matrix environment</li> <li>Experience working with Sr. leaders and C-level stakeholders, with political savvy and very strong stakeholder management skills</li> <li>A high degree of professionalism and ability to engage and challenge top leaders</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop and drive change management efforts to promote the adoption of new processes and build bridges across the Vestas value chain</li> <li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset</li> <li>A relevant business or HR education at Master Level is required combined with a strong HR toolbox</li> <li>Experience with empowering change and talent management</li> </ul> <p><br/> <b>Competencies</b><br/> The Sr. Global Business Partner has the ability to transform HR knowledge into business value.
