Further growing our leading Business Consulting practice is a strategic priority for Veeva. As Veeva is the partner of choice for 85% of the top 20 Pharmaceutical companies, we work with senior stakeholders in the Life Sciences industry to realize the strategic value of Clinical Data &amp; Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Safety. As a Senior Consultant, you will manage complex and novel consulting projects for Veeva customers in the Quality (GMP/GCP) space – managing teams and planning, organizing, and tracking all aspects of delivery. You will analyze interesting problems, build insightful solutions, and develop close working relationships with stakeholders to deliver realizable value at the forefront of digital and Quality Management innovation. Opportunities are available across Europe for this role as this is a remote position. There is no work location requirement if a candidate is in proximity to an airport and able to meet relevant travel requirements. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the EU (for EU locations, incl. Switzerland) and the UK (for UK-based candidates). <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Lead projects in the Quality/Manufacturing space as the operational face of a Veeva Business Consulting team, with responsibility for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of delivery, including scope, quality, resources, risks, and timelines</li><li>Be responsible for the end-to-end design, build, and delivery of deliverables that meet overall project goals and objectives, all the while managing the work and priorities of team members</li><li>Be a trusted client contact for strategic and operational questions, proactively identifying and solving their problems, and developing the relationship through face-to-face discussions, workshops, phone, and email contact</li><li>Support and mentor Consultants and Associates in developing skills and professional capabilities</li><li>Bring to clients an excellent level of industry, market, and functional insight, including Quality-specific challenges</li><li>Proactively lead business development opportunities and proposals related to Quality and R&amp;D</li><li>Contribute to thought leadership and campaigns that differentiate Veeva Business Consulting in the market for Quality domains</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of consulting experience in an established strategic/management consulting organization</li><li>Experience in Life Sciences</li><li>Deep understanding of and interest in pharmaceutical Quality Management/Manufacturing/R&amp;D, having delivered multiple projects in this area</li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree and excellent academic record</li><li>Proven analytical skills, with the ability to quantitatively and qualitatively assess problems and communicate responses across a range of issues</li><li>Demonstrated leadership of others in the delivery of complex deliverables</li><li>Highly efficient project management skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and quickly establish credibility</li><li>Have a strong personal impact and ability to influence and persuade a range of stakeholders</li></ul> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li>Fluency in other languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) in addition to English </li><li>Experience with digital technologies – platforms, analytics tools, apps, emerging tech, etc.</li><li>Good understanding of Veeva’s platforms and solutions, especially in the Quality space, and how these can be leveraged and enhanced by business consulting services</li><li>Experience working with SaaS solutions</li><li>Veeva certified on any of our relevant Quality products</li></ul> <h3>Perks &amp; Benefits</h3> <ul> <li>Highly competitive remuneration</li><li>Opportunity for rapid progression</li><li>Allocations for continuous learning &amp; development</li><li>Health &amp; wellness programs</li></ul>#RemoteGermany<br/>Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.<br/>Veeva is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and growing a diverse
